Just finished having a movie marathon. Its been a long time since i've done a movie marathon. Continuously watching this Chinese Drama called Return of the Condor Heroes. Its a sequel to the Legend of the Condor Heroes that i've finished watching previously. Its a really sweet drama seriously. Its about this young boy who is an orphan and was brought up by his teacher called XiaolongNu who is a martial art expert. When the boy grew up, eventually they fall in love. But the journey to be finally together was a rough one for them. They had to be separated for a few times and the sad thing is that he lost one of his arms and XiaolongNu was fatally injured.
Since she is injured and thought that she could not survived, she disappeared and told him that after 16 years then they will meet again at the place where they separated. During this time, the guy called Yang Guo became a famous martial arts and got the title called Condor Heroes. But when 16 years had passed, both of them did not reunite and in the end Yang Guo tried to kill himself but instead found an underground water cave that he did not know XiaolongNu had stayed and recovered for the last 16 years. Its in the end, a happy ending drama since both reunite and save the Yang Guo birth city. This drama have lots and lots of fighting scene with those 'martial arts moves' that i really adore. So its a really great drama although i have to find a subtitled video.
I really love the main actors and actress in this drama. They are Liu Yifei and Huang Xiaoming. Such a handsome and beautiful actors. They are really great. Currently, im gonna try to watch all their movies and other movies or dramas that have those 'martial arts'. hehe
