By now, i've received the results for almost all my papers except for Physics and History. One word to describe me results; BAD! Lets just say that, i totally flung my prelim this time round. Did very poorly for my Maths and i think in my opinion, this is the first time ever i failed my maths for the last two or three years. Even though i did not do quite well in numerous occasion before, i still passed my maths when paper1 and paper2 are combined. However, this time round, i screwed up both papers pretty badly. I expected myself to perform well for my Biology and F&N. At least a decent A2 is fine with me. But, thats not the case for me right now. Experienced a drop in both subjects, making me having a B3 for these two subjects which i hoped to use for me to secure for 20 points and below. I think, the paper was relatively easy but i did not know what went wrong when all of a sudden i have a confusion while doing them which caused me to write absolutely the opposite of what i was supposed to write. When i received back the papers and checked them, i noticed that, i actually knows the answer to those questions i gotten wrong, but somehow or rather, i did not know at that moment. As expected, i do have a surprise for my English and Social Studies. I wrote rubbish for composition and SEQ. So, i didnt; really expect to score a pretty high marks. A decent pass will do cause i know it from the beginning. For POA, im rather glad i did pass my paper2 since i have absolutely no confidence in passing that paper due to the very first question. Whatever it is, im happy with whatever results i have. Its the consequences i had to face for neglecting my studies till the very last minute. In fact, i know that, part of the reason as to why i screwed my prelim is due to the lack of sleep. I barely have enough sleep throughout the duration of the exams. If im not mistaken, i actually have only 2 hours of sleep before i had to wake up and get ready for school. So, im not surprised that i actually went 'mad' during the exams. So, what lesson can we learn today?? Always have enough sleep even though you have not covered all the topics!! Guess i gotta learn it the hard way.
